7. Limitation of Liability

DSB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services that caused the issue.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement prematurely, the client remains responsible for payment for services rendered up to the point of termination.

9. Amendments

DSB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DSB operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
